It`s one for Viz surely, I was saving it for a desperate reward when I`m home and broke, but as you`ve been a star sorting me out with the Flickr account I suggest you send it in (quickly before someone else does) and you can pay off a bit of your US tax bill if it comes through (call it rent for xmas). If Viz doesn`t pay out hard cash for these things then Private Eye probably does.
Amusing as it may be, it`s definitely wrong , and I don`t know who did their translation. It`s certainly a good case for having people like yourself doing the business translation from someone who speaks English as their first language, and vice versa.
Apart from such an obvious faux pas, I`m really not one to take the proverbial as my Spanish stalled when I hit Portuguese-speaking Brazil and has never really got started since. I think Bolivia might be the kick up the arse I need after the luxury of (relatively European and often English speaking) Argentina and Chile.
By the way, until I get around to writing another entry on my blog, this is a quick note to say that Santiago has restored my faith in Chilean urban life. As for the women, well they`re something else. The women in Argentina were beyond doubt very beautiful, but the Chilean women have the looks, and the hips n t*ts! What more can I say, other than I should probably go to bed.
Adios amigo.
