93 Degrees of Separation
Two little birds in Alameda’s ex-naval base.
Two little birds in Alameda’s ex-naval base.
From the other island that makes up Alameda, with an airport on it.
Clichéd, maybe, but I like the almost sugar frosted look about them.
From an impromptu solo photo tour around the edges of Alameda at sunset.
Linking San Pancho (SF) to Oakland.
A bench in Alameda’s old, abandoned naval base.
There’s limes too, f’rinstance. Citric goodness provided by Daniel & Monica’s back garden.
Alameda’s underground connection to the outside world.
Set the magenta controls for overdrive. (From Alameda’s golf course. Looking in through the fence.)
Under the pier at Berkeley Marina.
Little Alamedan bird tries and fails to blend in with the fence.
This unholy vegetable was sitting in the overpriced organic market in Alameda.
There’s plenty of clumps of Pampas Grass growing in Alameda, CA. But I can’t for the life of me remember how this one was lit…
…you ask?
Hope that puts your mind at rest…
I’ve been scouring the intertubes trying to find a plugin for the blog that’ll display the my latest 5 photos from Flickr that have been commented on, to no avail. I was going to replace the film reviews box on the right (unless you’re an IE user) with it. I installed a Flickr photo album, but all it’s done is create a mirror site of all my Flickr photos. Still if you find that Flickr is too clean, intuitive and well designed, you could do worse than browse using this new section of the site…
So anyone happens to know of such a plug in, please comment it. Muchas thanks.
