   One thing, it doesn’t really mention garden very clearly, the photos make it look as if you just have a small patio. There is a garden isn’t there? Perhaps you could show the lawn? I know if I was buying I would need to know about garden (for my dog) as a priority.

   Lovely website tho. Hope your parents get the full asking price and it goes to a lovely buyer – after all, they’ll end up being neighbours! You don’t want people saying “Jenny, what did you sell it to THEM for?”
