Ah, Tequila. Such a great place, I’ve always liked the town itself and had been wanting to go exploring around the outskirts. I had a fantastic time yesterday and I’ll blog about it properly once I recover from the experience. In the meantime, I’ve put the 260 photos I took up on Flickr but if you’d rather see a selection, well then here are my favourite 50. A million times better than the Tequila Express and no mistake.
I was highly chuffed to see my political propaganda hanging in the streets too…
Eat my goal… Classic Alan Partridge:
We’re off to the Minerva to shout a bit and have a coffee to celebrate.
Just saw an ad for the new(ish) Dr. Who series on megacable (People & Arts), tomorrow at 10pm… Shall have to interrupt whatever I’m doing, grab a cushion and watch that one. We’re also about to embark on The Sopranos season 6 too. Saw the first one yesterday and it was like it never went away shall try and buy the Official Box Pack down at San Juan de Dios maana.
We went to the cinema this evening to see Good Night and Good Luck, but it wasn’t on till 10pm so we thought bugger that and went for a coffee and are about to play online boggle… Yeah, that’s living alright…
Just got another freelance job, audio editing some tracks to remove vocals and transpose them a couple of tones down. I think there’s plenty of freeware that’ll do just that. Ka-ching!
What do you reckon to this?

It’ll have some rollover nonsense added at some stage. Like hover over the “contact” sign and a Mexican police car will appear and an alert box will take you to PayPal for 400 pesos…
Me Mum wants to see worms and tequila for some reason…
My scrabble rating’s at 995 after a quick succession of blinding games. Maybe this weekend will be the watershed millenial game, or i may just plunge back to the 800s. It depends how late I’m out tonight with the usual crowd. Last night Sarah, her sister Betsy, Sita and me went to a few cantinas. La Fuente, (de rigeur on any cantina trip), La Maestranza, (for all your bull fighting memorabilia and 90s indie pop needs) and Los Molachos (named after the original owner who was indeed molacho , or missing lots of teeth). Still managed to make it to another productive day at work. They finally read over what I’ve been doing and are suitably impressed. Go me! (he wrote in a fit of self-congratulation). Business cards tomorrow and next week there’s going to be a sales person on the case, as they’re hiring a pushy young lady to go out and rain make or whatever they call it in marketing parlance. That would be good… Other plans: Tonight, more cantinas. Tomorrow, Tlaquepaque craft & photography, possible fiesta in the evening, Sunday, Laid back philosophical discussion, gauloises and strong coffees or maybe The Pink Panther remake. Whatever it is, you’ll read it here first. And last.
I’ve just ordered another all-singing, all-dancing Pocket PC. The plan is to use it for photography, videos, mp3ery, skypery and general messing about on the web. Blogging even. I’m extremely excited about it all. Should arrive in a few days time, end of the week maybe. After my Palm Zire 72 experiences I’m a little wary but I’ll soon get over that. Behold the glorious dawn of: IPAQ rx3715 Catchy name, no?
Got me tickets back to MX too today, Alaska Airlines no less, chosen primarily for the nice, cool, frozen imagery their name conjours up to this sweaty, overheating, ennervated Expedia user… Righty, off to tea… Don’t forget to comment…
