Me dad just sent me a picture of the view from the attic in our house in Somerset. The neighbours have a new “sun house” it appears. And they should probably shut the boot of the car before it rains… Nice panoramic shot. The lawns looking a lot greener than ours right now.
Another late night last night… I’m off for a nap. If I forget to post about the curry next time, remind me…
Lots of neat lawns, how dignified!
Now our garden is done, Mike and I spend a lot of time in it (the wavelan reaches the lawn, donchaknow) – but I think we are the only ones with a tidy garden. Next door is a jungle (we have a hedge common with them, and the birds love it as they can hop along the hedge and hide, but come out and get fed in ours) and the other side backs onto concrete yards at the back of shops. From which we get a delicious herbal aroma late in the evening… they must snack a lot.
I keep wanting to play “Air on a G String” when I see the smoke rise from behind the fence, but they’d never get it.
Anyway – I’ll shut up. But just to let you know, the thing I was going to buy on eBay has arrived and looks great and I’m just about to post it. 😉
J was v busy on other lawns too- Nanny’s , grandma and bethan’s. He’s a 4 gardens man, but jedding gets priority this year…
